Registration is quick and easy. Just download the app, enter your UTEC email, and complete some basic information. Once your email is verified, you’ll be ready to start using Cleta!
You can find all available stations on the interactive map in the app. Stations are marked with icons showing real-time bike availability.
Cleta is completely free for UTEC students! The service is included in your university tuition, with no hidden fees or additional charges.
If you encounter any issues with a bike, you can report it directly through the app. Our technical team will address the problem as soon as possible.
Currently, bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we’re working on implementing a reservation system so you can secure your bike in advance.
